These terms govern your use of Skydiveminneapolis coordination services. By booking or participating, you agree to the conditions below.
Skydiveminneapolis coordinates bookings for tandem skydiving, indoor tunnel sessions, guided rock climbing, and multi-activity adventure packages. We act as an intermediary between participants and licensed operators. All activities are subject to operator availability, weather conditions, and participant health requirements.
You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent where applicable), weigh within operator limits, and disclose any medical conditions that may affect safety. Failure to provide accurate information may result in refusal of service without refund.
Extreme sports carry inherent risks, including injury or death. Participants must sign a waiver before each activity. Skydiveminneapolis is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation, operator negligence, or unforeseen events. Our role is limited to coordination and planning; we do not operate aircraft, climbing routes, or training facilities.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled activity may receive a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. Weather-related cancellations by the operator are rescheduled at no additional cost. Skydiveminneapolis reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings due to safety concerns, with a full refund or rescheduling option.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skydiveminneapolis’s total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
